If I find something I like, then what?
Fill out our easy to use on-line form
and a volunteer coordinator will contact you within three working days
or you may contact the volunteer directly via phone or e-mail.
The coordinator will then inform you on the specifics of the volunteer
position and any other information you will need

How much time will it take?
Each program is different. The application process can take anywhere
from a few days to a month due to the differences among our opportunities.
Programs working with youth or other vulnerable positions may take long
as they may require a background check. However, most positions
have a simple application and orientation process. Click on the

that is sufficient for the majority of programs.

What are the age requirements?
Each program has specific age requirements and may or may not accept

What about volunteering in groups?
Several programs can accept groups of volunteers however advance notice

Janet Wuori is a retired nurse who has a knack for making a person feel
cared for. She is a volunteer who provides older adults who lack
transportation rides to critical destinations, like doctor's appointments.
She says the wonderful thing about serving is that she always learns something
from her clients. Through volunteering a little of her time, she gets
back far more treasures than she gives.
