Salt Lake County Animal Services
We are in great need of small cat quilts! The size should be 18 to 24 inches square. They can be tied quilts, fleece blankets or any other blanket. These quilts are given with cats who are adopted from the shelter through the SLCo Pet Adoption Program.
Currently, the Adoption Program is in need of a fun, festive give-away with each cat who gets a new home -and especially to promote winter cat adoptions on "Pet of the Week". Fun and Festive collar "scrunchies" would also be a nice donation. This is a great opportunity to use your sewing skills and creativity to help animals and their new families.
Donations can be made directly to Animal Services on 3900 South and 500 West, SLC, UT.
Contact Animal Services. When you deliver your kitty blankets, you may want to schedule a tour of the shelter to see who will snuggle in them! 801-559-1100.

All donations are received by ShelterKids, Inc. a private non-profit organization dedicated to assisting the clients of the Division of Youth Services. Donation Hours: 8 am to 5 PM Monday through Friday or by appointment, by calling 801 269-7506.
